Professional Connections
I truly value building meaningful relationships with professionals who share a heart for supporting women, families, and the wellbeing of our local community. Some of the most impactful work happens when providers, educators, and community leaders come together with a shared passion for helping others feel seen, supported, and connected.
Whether you’re looking to connect professionally, collaborate through Rooted in Motherhood Magazine, schedule a class or speaking engagement for your team, or explore other partnership opportunities, I’d love the opportunity to serve our community together.
The heart of community care is not competition—it’s collaboration.

Rooted in Motherhood Magazine was created, in part, to connect local mothers with trusted, passionate professionals who genuinely care about supporting women and families well. Becoming a featured provider is an opportunity to share your voice, grow meaningful community connection, and be part of something that encourages, equips, and supports mothers in real life.

If your team could use some tips and tricks for navigating mental health conversations with their clients, I’d love to partner with you all. I often hear how clients are sharing their emotional weights with trusted providers, which can feel hard to navigate depending on the subject matter. I’m passionate about creating educational spaces that feel practical, engaging, and genuinely supportive for both professionals. Workshops and speaking engagements are designed to provide approachable mental health education, meaningful conversation, and tools team members can apply in practice.

Group classes are designed to create supportive, encouraging spaces where individuals can learn, connect, and feel less alone in the challenges they are navigating. These classes combine practical psychoeducation with honest conversation, emotional support, and opportunities for personal growth. Example of group classes: Navigating the Fourth Trimester for Mom’s and Couples or Replacing Fear for Power in Birth: Hyponobirthing and the Mind.

Do you have a vision that has been hard to bring to life? Struggling with vague execution? Collaborative content opportunities are available for professionals interested in sharing their expertise through educational, values-aligned media. This may include co-created social media content, written features, or other digital and print collaborations designed to inform, encourage, and support the community with practical, accessible mental health education. I love to create and would be honored to support your own ideas to increase reach and build trust with your community.
