Hannah Smith, LPC Associate

supervised by Denny Chi-Sing Li, PhD, LPC-S

Hi, I’m Hannah.
I believe growth is possible—even in life’s harder seasons. My work is centered on helping girls, teens, and women feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful when life doesn’t look the way they expected. I hold close the belief that you can learn to stand steady and thrive in any environment, even if it feels hard.

You may be in a season that feels heavier than expected. Maybe you’re carrying self-doubt, comparing yourself to others, or feeling pressure to be “perfect” in every area of your life. Maybe the person you see in the mirror or the version of yourself you remember feels far away. Or perhaps you simply know something needs to change, even if you’re not sure where to start.

I work with girls, teens, and women navigating adolescence, life transitions, and the beautiful, messy overwhelm of motherhood. Together, we focus on uncovering unhelpful patterns, building practical strategies for everyday life, and nurturing confidence from the inside out—so you can feel rooted, capable, and resilient, no matter your season.

Many of the young women and mothers I work with describe these experiences as anxious thoughts that won’t quiet, pressure to measure up, or a sense of losing themselves while trying to keep it all together. Therapy is a place to pause, untangle what you’re carrying, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels steady, safe, and supportive.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re longing to feel more steady, confident, and like yourself again, despite your circumstances, I invite you to scroll down to the Connect page. Let’s explore what growth could look like for you.

Outside of my work, I enjoy water coloring, pickle ball, walking in nature, being a mom, and spending time with friends and family, which keeps me grounded and reminds me how to operate out of my value system rather than stress, expectations, or worries.
