Hi, I’m Hannah.
I believe finding steady ground is possible—even in life’s harder seasons. My work is centered on helping children, teens, couples, and women feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful when life doesn’t look the way they dreamed.
You may be in a season that feels heavier than expected. Maybe you feel like you’re barely holding it together, exhausted from trying to meet everyone’s needs, carrying guilt when you slow down, or wondering why you feel so overwhelmed by things that seem to come easily to others. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself, stretched thin by the roles and expectations placed on you, or unsure how to move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are.
I work with teens, women, and adults navigating anxiety, self-confidence, relationships, life transitions, and the many seasons of change we experience throughout life. This may look like finding your identity in young adulthood, adjusting to new roles and responsibilities, rebuilding confidence, or navigating the beautiful and overwhelming transition into motherhood. Together, we focus on understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, developing practical tools for everyday life, and creating a stronger sense of confidence and connection from the inside out.
Many of the clients I work with describe feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, exhausted from trying to meet impossible expectations, or disconnected from themselves while caring for everyone and everything around them. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel understood, untangle what you’ve been carrying, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels grounded, capable, and confident.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re longing to feel more steady, confident, and like yourself again, despite your circumstances, I invite you to scroll down to the Connect page. Let’s explore what growth could look like for you.
